The apartment had excellent location and staff, and was located right by city center and the centre. Had exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, flat-screen TV and a microwave oven for our needs. Having a bathtub was great. We loved every detail about this accommodation, including its best possible location. Our experience here was comfortable, would come here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt private and non-commercial. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Puerto Natales and the stunning waterfront.

We had an amazing stay at this centrally located apartment in Puerto Natales. the fully equipped kitchen was a great feature, and we loved the option to buy Nespresso capsules at the nearby ice cream shop. the apartment was exceptionally clean and the comfortable bed with white linens ensured a good night's sleep. the laundry service in the building was a convenient bonus, especially with the unpredictable weather in the region. the proximity to the seafront made it easy to enjoy scenic walks and runs. Supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants were within walking distance. the host was quick to respond to any requests or questions we had.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and had nothing to complain about.
